    We own and manage allotment garden plots in Northfield and Mill Road.  Plots are available from 1 October to the following 30 September. Rents are currently £20 for a standard plot.
    New allotment holders will be asked to pay a deposit of £20 per plot. This will be returned if the allotment is handed back in useable condition, or used to pay someone to plough it or otherwise make it available for the next tenant.

  • Cemetery

    As Closed Churchyards we manage the burial grounds at The Polka & St Nicholas Church.
    In addition we operate the Wells Town Cemetery at Market Lane
